The result is a professional B-shaped crimp that ensures maximum mechanical strength and optimal conductivity to meet OEM standards.
- [Pin Removal Tool]The unique smooth built-in plunger design pushes pins out from behind the connector blocks, the pull-out and lock protective cover effectively safeguards the tips. Made from special materials with hardness up to HV500, these tips ensure durability, wear resistance, and toughness. JRconDRK-D145P is suitable for Micro-Fit male pins. JRconDRK-D120P is suitable for Micro-Fit female pins.JRconDRK-D173P is suitable for Mini-Fit Jr. male&female pins.
- [High Quality Connectors]The connectors is made of PA66, Flame retardant grade is UL94-V0. The operating temperature range is from -40℃ to +105℃. Under environmental conditions of 23℃ ± 5℃,can be mated and unmated over 50 times. JRN009 SERIES CONNECTOR(3.0mm pitch) rated current is 7A MAX. JRN011 SERIES (4.2mm pitch) CONNECTOR rated current is 9A MAX.
- [Contact design]JRN009-TPF/JRN009-TPM (20-24AWG) is made of tin-plated phosphor bronze. JRN011-TBM-H/JRN011-TBF-H (18-24AWG) is made of tin-plated brass. High-quality copper alloy and plating provide reliable electrical connection and higher current carrying capacity. The locking handle on the crimping contact securely fixes it in the connector housing. The kit contains a large number of terminals that can be used for crimping contact practice or as spare terminals, providing a good user experience for beginners.
