Does the lock box require a separate purchase for remote unlock with Wi-Fi bridge?
Answer: Yes, the remote unlock with Wi-Fi bridge (WeHere W100) is a separate purchase. -

What type of space does the lock box have for key organization?
Answer: The lock box is designed to store emergency keys, large keys, car and truck keys all at the same time. -
Question:
What is the material and weight of the wall mount lockbox?
Answer: The lockbox is made of 0.8 mm thick steel plate and weighs 11 lbs. -
Question:
Where to find OTP on my email address?
Answer: When you register an account, if you use your mobile phone number, the system will send OTP to your mobile via SMS to confirm. If you use email, the system will send OTP via email. If you use DIY account/password, you do not need to confirm. If you unlock, you can get the OTP from the WeHere App by scanning the lock QR code to register the lock and clicking the Get OTP button. -
Question:
Is it safe and waterproof for outdoor use?
Answer: This item can't be placed in areas with lots of water and requires covering. However, if it is placed where there is no cover, transparent glue can be used to stick the battery cover part to prevent water from entering the battery box. The lock is generally okay with small amounts of water. -
Question:
What is the default password out of the box?
Answer: There is no default password. Our lock is a smart lock that is managed by the WeHere App. You will need to install the app and register an account to use the lock. You can then scan the lock QR code to register the device and become the lock owner. You can use OTP or Bluetooth unlock, and you can share the lock with others by adding them as a member or guest group. You can also share a limited-time OTP link. If you don't install the app, there is also a key to open the box. -
Question:
How many dynamic passwords and fixed passwords can be set up at one time?
Answer: There are three types of passwords: One-Time Password: This OTP changes every minute and can be used only once. There is no quantity limit. Fixed Password: You can set up to 20 Fixed Passwords, which can be set as valid only once in the Fixed time. Static password: no time limit.
