Why do you say 3,5g of carbs, and on the label it says 10g?
Answer: We say 3.5 g of NET carbs, which are the carbs that actually impact in blood sugar levels, because other 6.5g of carbs (to make it to 10) come from fibre and polyols, which don't impact blood sugar levels. This is mainly a measurement used for people interested in keto diet or diabetics. -

Has the recipe changed for all flavours or just the Belgian chocolate?
Answer: For now just Belgian and Cookies and Cream. The other flavours will change in the coming weeks. -

How much maltitol per bar? I question the 1g net carbs statement if maltitol is being considered keto. I'm told it has a GI almost as high as sugar.

I have bought nearly 100 boxes from Lucien, texture change not good, now don’t like them, why change?
Answer: It was a request from large supermarket buyers. We're launching in Waitrose, Holland & Barret, and expanding lines to stock bars in Selfridges and Coop. All buyers didn't like the old bars saying they were too hard. And they like the new bar. But we did have a lot of comments from clients that prefer the old one. So we're now considering making two different products: one for supermarkets and another one for online.
