  • Question: What is the blue rubber ring for?

    Answer: It's a replacement ring for the neck of the Pod, situated below the rim, so that the Pod is sealed in the machine.
  • Question: Are the lids compostable?

    Answer: The lids are made of aluminum therefore not compostable. But aluminum will eventually break down into aluminum oxide, of no immediate danger to the environment or they can be put into a recycling bin.
  • Question: I am looking for a capsule about 40x27, is the measurement somewhere please and thank you?

    Answer: What you need to look at is the machine compatibility list with the advertisement.
  • Question: What are the little blue washers for?

    Answer: I didn't have blue washers in my set. I only had the rubber caps to seal the pod and the adhesive lids. Perhaps ask the supplier?
  • Question: I notice the lids are currently unavailable so does this mean I would be buying a pig-in-a-poke after they have become exhausted?

    Answer: No. Lids are still available.
  • Question: Are these pods compatible with the Delonghi one-touch machine?

    Answer: Seal Pods are compatible with the following Nespresso models regardless of manufacturer: Nespresso Citizens, Citizens-milk, Concept, Essenza, Essenza Krups, Gran Maestria, Inissia, Latissima+, Latissima, Le Cube, Maestria, Pixie, U, and U-milk. If you have one of those, you'll be fine. However, if you have a Delonghi Bean to Cup machine for instance then no they wouldn't work.
  • Question: What does Nespresso 'original line' mean? Thanks

    Answer: It means that the shape of the pod is identical to the Nespresso shape.
  • Question: How many uses last each capsule? I've read about others that last for 30 uses or so, so I'm a bit worried for its lifetime.

    Answer: These capsules are brilliant in the fact that they are stainless steel meaning really that you can just keep using them, providing you wash them after each use. Honestly, I can see them outlasting my coffee machine!!!
