The exhaust system is dual rear exit, contrary to the description, and looks and sounds fantastic. It also works well with the 3.5 HO Ecoboost engine. However, it does not fit the 2018 Ford F-150 STX V8 and there may be a design flaw that causes uneven alignment of the exhaust tips.
