Horror Editorial Review
The Demoniacs (Unrated Extended Cut) offers a unique viewing experience with its eclectic mix of explicit and comedy elements alongside its theatrical release. Jean Rollin's films are renowned for their surreal and hypnotic storytelling, often transcending conventional narratives. The film is well-packaged with striking art, and its audiovisual presentation is praised for looking and sounding incredible. However, viewers are divided; while some appreciate its unconventional allure, others find it perplexing and lacking a coherent storyline. This package includes an anamorphic widescreen format with French language options, enhancing its allure for enthusiasts of art-house cinema.
