The gartenkraft XW-30B Hose Reel is a retractable hose reel that can hold up to 100 feet of 5/8-inch hose. It does not come with a winter cover but can be hooked up to a standard home outside spigot/bib water outlet. Some customers have reported issues with the hose being marked as 13.5 mm instead of the advertised 5/8 inch diameter which caused lower water flow. However, it has passed Prop 65 testing and can deliver small to medium volume of water. The hose does not tangle and is easy to install with two people. Some customers have reported issues with the recoil breaking after six months of use and having to manually rewind the last 5-6 feet of hose. The reel is made in China and the rewinding function requires some manual effort. Overall, customers have found the gartenkraft XW-30B Hose Reel to be a good quality item that is easy to install and use but may have durability issues with the recoil mechanism.
