  • MIGHTY109 DG Stabilizer Reduces Washout in Decomposed Granite while allowing drainage and allowing a natural pathway look.
  • DG Stabilizer is made from psylium husk, a natural binder that allows drainage. Use 1 jar for 80-160 square feet of decomposed granite.
  • Simply mix MIGHTY109 DG Stabilizer into the decomposed granite. Once mixed, spread the decomposed granite to the area to be installed. Wet the decomposed granite enough to saturate the bottom layers but not to flood. Compact with tamper or roller. Allow to dry 24-48 hours. Damp and cold areas may take more time to dry.
  • Applying to existing decomposed granite pathway: Till the top 2 inches of the area. Evenly spread DG Stabilizer over the area. Use approximately 1 jar for 10 sf. Mix into the tilled dg using a shovel or rototiller. Add water to moisten and activate the DG Stabilizer. Allow the mixture to swell for 1 hour. Compact using tamper or roller. Allow to dry for 18-24 hours.
