Question:
Will this fit a pasgt helmet?
Answer: Only if it has the aero four point adapter system in it -

Would this work for a medium and small army issued ach?
Answer: It worked on mine fine. -
Question:
Can this fit a protec bump helmet?
Answer: Yes, but you may need to drill 2 more holes in the back of the Protec helmet. I would recommend the LBT ACH chinstrap because it will allow for better adjustments without the need to drill more holes. -
Question:
Does it fit a size small ach? and would any of you recommend this for use in actual combat?
Answer: It should fit. I used it on my helmet for a while and it did okay. -
Question:
How long are the bolts on this one? I managed to have it attached to my ach but they don't screw in all the way.
Answer: The bolts for the new chin strap will fit. Do not used the old one. I bought the same strap and used the bolts that come with it. -
Question:
Can this fit on old WWII helmets?
Answer: I suppose it could, but you would have to drill holes into the helmet to do it. -
Question:
Are these only for temple mounts? PJ needs a longer front set being they mount much higher at the rail bolt.
Answer: This was tight on a standard ECH with mounts at the temples. If yours mount higher, I would avoid this. For reference, I wear a 7 1/4 PC and a medium ECH. -
Question:
Are there any recommendations for using this with M1 helmets?
Answer: These are made for a four-point connection to a helmet. If you were going to try and put them on an M1 helmet, it would take some creative drilling and spacers.
