Can this fountain be used outside (by a swimming pool)?
Answer: That was where we used it, it has stood up reasonably well but it's only outside for 6 months out of the year (Wisconsin) no rust as of 2 seasons slight fading of the plastic parts. It doesn't come in contact with any chlorine to speak of other than what might drip off of someone who got out of the pool and went to get a drink which is probably very rare. Hope this helps. -

How wide is it? I have a wall that is about 15 inches wide, could it be mounted there?
Answer: No, it won't fit. It's over 18 inches wide.
