    Answer: The dimensions of the magnets are 60mm x 10mm x 3mm.
  • Question: What is the holding power of these magnets?

    Answer: The holding power is not less than 18 lbs per magnet with direct touch and direct pull.
  • Question: Are these magnets suitable for scientific experiments?

    Answer: Yes, these magnets can be used for scientific purposes, as well as DIY projects and art and craft activities.

    Answer: That is a great idea. I have been using the smaller round ones on all my IC engine filters for years. It works - when my Harley fragged a bearing, the filter had tons of particles around the magnets, and remember this was through the filter housing.

    Answer: Yes you can, but you should be careful as these magnets are strong.

    Answer: The magnets are very strong, not sure exactly how you plan on using them but they are strong enough to hold fabric together for doing a hem in my opinion.
  • Question: What is the strength of these magnets?

    Answer: The 300-series stainless steels have varying degrees of nickel making them mostly non-magnetic. Devoid of nickel and with a grain structure similar to carbon steel, the 400-series stainless steels are slightly magnetic.
  • Question: What would be the best way to disconnect them? Sliding them off? I a play on using this in my car to mount a flat wireless charge

    Answer: All magnets should be slid apart. Any other method may/will potently damage the magnet or ancillary attachments. These directions come directly from magnet manufactures.
  • Question: We have those screens for garage doors(as seen on T.V.) the magnets are not strong,so will theses work?

    Answer: These magnets are very strong and would work. The only thing I would caution you about with them is they are fragile.
  • Question: Can I use it to attach a magnetic knife bar to the fridge?(Plastic backing) it’s a Zyliss?

    Answer: Without knowing the weight of the knifes, I cannot tell you. I can say that these magnets are very powerful. be sure if you get them you keep them away from items such as DVDs.
