    Answer: Yes, you have to loosen the anti spin wingnuts and rotate the bar so that it shortens.

    Answer: Mine has been attached since I bought it about a year ago, I just check it for tightness every now and again. How solid your doorframe is might make a difference though.
  • Question: Can this be used in a mobile home doorway?

    Answer: I really don’t believe that would be a good idea. You need a solid frame to put it up correctly. Therefore I feel a mobile home doesn’t offer that and it’s not a great idea personally.

    Answer: Not required
  • Question: My brother is planning for using this pull up bar on hallway corridor. Will it be able to handle muscles up?

    Answer: Good question. To be honest i think it could work. The pads are grooved to hold weight pulling downwards. Muscle ups are pull ups and then push downs. Both movements push weight downwards. Yes it'll probably work. I don't see why it wouldn't. It holds about 200kg as well.
