It can be used between the thighs or directly between the knees for comfort, and two pillows can be used for total leg comfort. Pillowcases for the pillow are included in the 2 pack purchase. Customers say it helped alleviate lower back pain, meniscus tears, and hip pain at night. Some found it too hard and uncomfortable, while others found it too small, compact and that ankle bones still rub together.
