Customer Experience and Reception: Positive feedback was given to the texture and performance of the pasta as it did not break down after sitting in liquids for a while like most GF pasta. Customers noted that it absorbed liquid and just needed a little added water, making it perfect for soup. Non-GF individuals said they could not tell the difference.
