Answer: It is not stable enough to hang from a hook. It is recommended that you use a strap to attach the camera to the vertical bar of hook or the main trunk. -

Is there another version that works with 5ghz? I'm not sure I should buy it if most wifi is now all 5g!
Answer: Nearly all camera systems work on the 2.4ghz connections, and most routers can split your wifi so you have dedicated logins for the 2.4 and 5ghz. I recommend splitting and naming separately and having separate passwords for optimal network security -

My feeder quit recording suddenly I can still see the live picture but it will not record I have tried turning it on and off any ideas?
Answer: Check your settings and see if it is set to sleep. -

What food should I prepare for the bird?
Answer: Many birds like sunflower hearts or black oil sunflower seeds. Some like peanuts (unsalted).
