The Uncle Milton's Ant Farm Gel Colony is a fun and educational toy that allows one to observe ants as they create tunnels and spend time in their habitat. The product does not come with ants, so the buyer will need to purchase them separately, which may be a disappointment to some. The ant farm is small, measuring 5 inches in height and 7 inches from right angle side to right angle side, so it may only hold around 20-25 harvester ants, depending on their size. However, it is possible to connect this ant farm to another identical farm as long as the connecting holes are of the same size.
