You can also measure temperatures up to 250 degrees-F with an accuracy of +-0.5% of reading +1.2 degrees-F using the two temperature probe inputs and the appropriate probes. Durability is a must, which is why the HM675 is designed with a rugged, splash-proof outer casing.
