    Answer: The head of the Orange Trapper is orange in color for high visibility.
  • Question: Can it be used on both soft and firm surfaces?

    Answer: Yes, it can be used on both soft and firm surfaces. A scooping motion is recommended for soft surfaces.
  • Question: What are the available shaft lengths?

    Answer: The Orange Trapper is available in 3 compact stainless steel collapsible shafts (6.5', 10' or 18') or 4 lightweight anodized aluminum shafts (15', 18', 21' or 24').
  • Question: How long is this retracted?

    Answer: It is 44 inches collapsed. It is a tad longer than a 3 iron, but still shorter than a driver in a bag. When it is at it's full length, it's about 12ft
  • Question: Can you lock it in at different lengths?

    Answer: It does not lock at different lengths but it's tight enough that it should not need to be locked. It will not move unless you push or pull on it.
  • Question: Is there a user manual?

    Answer: Not sure you need one? You open it up and extend it. This is the best retriever ever!
  • Question: What color is the golf ball retriever in my cart and is it for men?

    Answer: The color is a brighter gold/orange. The product can be used by both men and women. It is a golf ball retriever. They don't make them specifically for either or.
  • Question: I just want the retriever head-cup piece only. Where to look?

    Answer: Not sure, but I got the whole retriever and I love it. It works so good.
  • Question: It says 1”. Is that the grip or the pole? What width is both. Our cart has a bracket for it but it has to slide in & max of 1”.

    Answer: It's the grip and on the end, it's one inch. The pole is smaller.
