Answer: The stone is almost a quarter of an inch in diameter.....perfect size. They are one of my favorites. -

Do these have nickel?
Answer: They do not appear to have nickel in them. My daughter, who is allergic to nickel, wears them without any discomfort or allergic reactions. -

Answer: It’s more white with sparkling colors throughout. They are very pretty! -

Are these presterilized? Can these be used to pierce ears?
Answer: I don’t believe they are pre-sterilized. As a Registered Nurse, I would not use any studs or posts that are not specifically stated to be sterilized by the company prior to use. The risk of infection is just not worth it. Also, the posts on these are just regular sized, not studs. Therefore, I’m not sure if they would even be appropriate for initial piercing. They are very pretty, I am happy with the purchase, I’m just not comfortable with advising anyone to pierce any body parts with any earrings that are not clearly sterilized or the correct size.
