How much area does one bottle cover?
Answer: Each 8 oz. bottle covers up to 350 square feet for a one coat application. -

Answer: Yes, it is recommended for both interior and exterior applications. -

Can this product be thinned?
Answer: The colorant cannot be thinned out or get wet for a minimum 7 days after installation. -

What is the best cleaning solution to use for mopping floors after applying this grout seal colorant?
Answer: You can use a steamer with only water. No warning to be careful about what type of floor cleaners to use. -
Question:
Can this be used to lighten grout color?
Answer: The grout refresh can be used to change a dark-colored grout to a lighter shade. A dramatic color change (from TEC Raven to Bright White) might require a second coat though. The recolor will bond to itself after the first cost has cured for one hour. -
Question:
How would you describe pearl? i'm looking for a yellowish white... i tried standard white (too white) & antique white (too brown). any pics of pearl?
Answer: Pearl color would be more of a light tan color. -

How long is the set time before the product can get wet? (Ex.mopping)
Answer: A second coat may be applied after 30 minutes. Can support light foot traffic after 3-4 hours. Keep the grout dry and avoid heavy scrubbing for 7 to 10 days. -
Question:
Is this also a sealant?
Answer: The colorant is supposed to last 1 - 15 years. I personally go back over it with a clear grout sealant anyway. -
Question:
Does this penetrate into & stain/color the grout, or is it like a paint that sticks to the grout?
Answer: It penetrates a little. It is recommended to lightly sand over grout lines with 220 grit paper before application. It looks 100% better than before! -
Question:
Is this product pet safe? The ingredients are not listed.
Answer: We don’t have testing for pets and would recommend restricting pet access to the recolored area for a minimum of 24 hours after application. The full cure for this colorant is 7 days. -
Question:
If you don't like the color on the grout around your tiles, can you put a different color over it? Is there a color chart that’s not on the computer?
Answer: The grout colorant can be used to change the color of the grout. Grout color charts can be mailed upon request.
