Our high carbon steel is inherently low in friction and adhesion, making these gears ideal for use with metal spur gears. Each pinion is precision machined and stamped with the number of teeth, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Included with the pinion gear is a 4mm set screw for easy installation.
Please note that a 2mm Allen wrench is required to fit the 4mm set screw (not included). Compatible with motors using a 5mm motor shaft, including popular brands such as Traxxas, Associated, and Hei models, this pinion gear is versatile for any heavy-duty application. For motors with a 1/8 inch shaft, a RRP#1200 5mm to 1/8 inch reducer sleeve is required (not included).
