It comes with a brushless hub motor that can turn any bike into an electric power moped. The kit is suitable for mountain bikes, road bikes, and cruiser bikes. According to the FAQs, the battery and charger are not included in the package, but the kit is compatible with an Electro kinetic cell battery with a nominal voltage of 48V and a nominal capacity of not less than 17Ah. The kit is not recommended for use with a 72V battery. The kit comes with a power-off hand brake that is compatible with disc brakes but not hydraulic disc brakes. The wires from the battery need to be connected to the controller with an adapter if the battery does not have pre-installed connectors.
