However, customers have reported issues with the thin chrome, which can easily pit and is difficult to properly rechrome due to the glued-together bells. Some customers have opted to powder coat the horns instead of dealing with the chrome. The item does not come with hardware, which has left some customers disappointed and annoyed, as attempts to contact the seller have gone unanswered. On the upside, the horn produces a sound reminiscent of big Freightliners and works right out of the box. There have been positive reports of great communication with Hadley.
