Stanley - FatMax Handsaws 0-20-331 Editorial Review
The Stanley 0-20-331 Mini-Pull Saw has garnered mixed reviews from customers, with a few standout characteristics earning praise while others have left some users disappointed. Many customers appreciate its affordability and overall Construction, noting that the tool serves excellently for tasks such as removing excess from plug cuts without damaging the surrounding area. Users specifically highlighted the saw's comfortable Fat Max handle, which remains comfortable even after extensive use. Reviewers mentioned that with proper technique, this mini-pull saw could effectively flush cut dowels and plugs, producing clean results with minimal marks on their workpieces. However, not all feedback has been positive. A notable concern is the saw's performance with hardwood, where some users encountered issues with the blade binding and failure to complete cuts effectively. A few users reported difficulties using the tool on oak plugs, indicating that it might only be suited for softer woods. Additionally, while the idea of a replaceable blade is a significant selling point, customers expressed frustration at the difficulty in sourcing replacement blades domestically, which could hinder the tool's longevity. In summary, while the Stanley Mini-Pull Saw appears to be a reliable option for those working with softer wood materials and is well-Constructed for its price, its limitations with hardwood and the challenges in finding replacement blades might deter some users. **
