However, a locking hitch pin can be bought as an add-on for extra security. The rack also has a locking cable that is handy for quick stops. In terms of assembly, it takes around 30 minutes to assemble the rack and the directions are easy to follow. Although, the rack Construction could be better as some reviews stated that it had some poorly machined holes and that the plastic wears overtime.
