Answer: Minimum arm length is 9 inches, opens the window 5.75 inches. Maximum arm length 13 inches, opens the window 11.5 inches. I’ve been very satisfied with this purchase. -

What are the dimensions of the mounting plates?
Answer: Mounting plate that attaches to frame is 2 inches x 5/8 inch. The one that attaches to the window is 1 1/2 inches x 1/2 inch -
