Answer: We have a laser engraving machine in our store. Unfortunately it only engraves the products offered with that program. They do have some plaques that can be engraved. BUt I don't think any of them are small enough to affix to this item. I've never seen or been asked about engraving these pieces. -

Answer: The dove is an international/religious symbol for the Holy Spirit. I would think it would be a most appropriate choice as a gift for a child's first communion or confirmation. -
