    Answer: Gyro ball is a small ball with a heavy rotor inside that spins when the ball is turned.

    Answer: Gyro ball is great for exercising the hands, wrists, shoulders, forearms, and biceps.
  • Question: Is it safe to drop the Gyro ball on a hard surface?

    Answer: No, the heavy rotor inside the ball could be damaged if dropped on a hard surface.
  • Question: Do you have to use the string provided? Or, is it possible to get it going without the string?

    Answer: It’s possible but not at all easy. I had to use the string the first few dozen times.
  • Question: Where is this product manufactured?

    Answer: The box says made in China. It is awesome for strengthening theorist and forearm muscles.
  • Question: What weight is the strength of this powerball equivalent to? Like for example some metal powerballs are equivalent to 42 pounds to 80 something pounds.

    Answer: Technically, it will be based on RPM to arrive at a kg/lb rating. So, if you can connect an rpm gauge to the ball, you'll have a better idea of what you're capable of. There may be add-on digital RPM gauges. You'll be able to understand your resistance once you've determined your RPM constant.
  • Question: Mine did not come with a starter cord, the thing is useless trying to start by hand.

    Answer: There are YouTube videos that demonstrate how to begin by simply using your thumb. To be honest, I lost that cord the first week and have been using my thumb ever since.
