The chair's back rest is held in place with bolts on each side and holds its original position over time. The chair is made in the USA. Although its support and ergonomic features could be improved, especially its memory foam for big and tall people, it is still a very comfortable and sturdy chair. Assembly takes some time and effort. The chair has received mixed feedback on its comfort, as some find it very comfortable while others find it uncomfortable on the bum, but overall reviews are positive. The chair's wheels are doing fine.
