The kitchen area has enough dimensions to fit a standard kitchen set, although additional furniture could replace the current pieces. Additionally, it's possible to paint the walls before putting it all together. Stairs might not be the best idea because they take up too much room. Several reviews mention the dollhouse's less than perfect packaging and disappointing build quality. Pieces of furniture can scratch easily. Also, the furniture is screwed together, and the screws aren't aesthetically pleasing. Some noticed damage to the product or missing screws. Nonetheless, after assembly, the dollhouse looks cute, and their granddaughter is thrilled with the gift.
