Question:
Against a white ceiling, does this light tend to be on the dark side, and not actually bright enough to fully illuminate a room?
Answer: I personally love it, the warm white and bright white options are incredibly bright. Naturally, the vivid colours are more for mood, and are exquisite. I have mine in the bathroom and love it. -
Question:
I have 2 of these lamps in 2 different rooms. Problem is that I can control both with the same remote. Is it possible to make 1 remote for each?
Answer: Switch 1 light on with the wall switch and press the wireless button twice within 3 seconds (light should flash 5 times). Switch the light off with the wall switch. Switch it back on and press the wireless button once within 3 seconds (light should flash 3 times). Change to the other remote and do the same with that and the other light. -

I have 2 of these. How do I stop the remotes turning on and off both lights?

Do I take plastic protector off the light please?
Answer: I don't think there's a plastic cover to be removed - well there wasn't with mine at least. -

Answer: Sorry, I don't understand the question. The light color changes or you can fix it on a color. It has two shades of white warm and cold, and you can change the brightness of both. Brilliant light. -

Fitted the light last Sunday, it was working fine and now it isn't coming on and unsure why.
Answer: Maybe the Bluetooth button turned off the light at the switch. Try again. -
Question:
What do the M1 and M2 buttons do? When I press them, it just turns it off.
Answer: It's the memory buttons. The memory button must be set as off. -

Can someone please list me the colors this light goes? I am not clear from the images and remote pictured. I would like a list of colors, please.
Answer: The colors shown are the main, but there are shades in between, as well as shades of white. -

Is there an app for this light?
Answer: I'm not sure, I can't remember an app mentioned in the instructions. We just use the remote control.
