Answer: I do not know about the shelf life, but our vet never said anything about storing in the fridge when she prescribed this. -

I bought 3 bottles who is in another country. can I keep it in the freezer for 1 month?
Answer: No! It is quite stable at room temperature. Freezing might harm the product and maybe break the bottle. -

how many drops for a 50 pd. dog?
Answer: You would want to give 1.5 ml twice per day for the first week followed by 1.5 mls per day there after. -

Label on bottle does not match ingredients listed so does this have Methylparaben (a preservative) in it or not? Thanks
Answer: I looked at the bottle I have and no where does the bottle state 'methylparaben'. I have been using on my miniature poodle for over 4 years now to help with his seizures. Recommended by his chiropractor. -

Does this make the food taste different when added to food? I need to give it to my cat and hopefully she won't turn her nose to it.
Answer: I have tasted it and I think it tastes like water. I live in Montana so we have very good water.My dog weighs 11lbs, about like a cat, and just FYI...I give it to her in her cheek. She is fuzzy too but doesn't seem to mind this. I just had to start by making sure she is relaxed and not tense when giving in her cheek.If you give it to them tense they will continue to be scared and tense. And it will just get worse over time. In other words don't start by forcing. Just calmly hold and when they are completely relaxed then apply inside of lip. Takes some extra time to start this way but well worth it in long run -

Answer: It is up to you. You can add it to food water or directly just make sure they take the full amount -
Question:
Why give the liquid version when there is a pill version? Seems the pill would be so much easier.
Answer: I give it to my Cockatoo, and liquid drops are easier to give to her, than a pill. I have given it to the 4 legged pets too, and find that liquid is much easier, unless you hide pills in food, and that doesn't always work.
