Answer: Yes, it provides non-drowsy relief from head congestion. -

Does this have real Sudafed?
Answer: If by real Sudafed you mean Pseudoephedrine, the answer is no. The PE might as well stand for Placebo Effect. The ingredient in Sudafed PE is Phenylephrine, which in clinical trials is no more effective at treating cold symptoms as a placebo. Buy Sudafed without the PE. Unfortunately Pseudoephedrine cannot by law be sold online, you will have to go to a real pharmacy and ask for the real stuff from behind the counter. You'll have to show ID and maybe sign for it, but you don't need a prescription. -

Answer: If you have a stuffy nose this one should help you more than regular Sudafed, since this one has + Mucus. So our suggestion you should try the one with + MOCUS RELIEVE. Please feel better. -
