Answer: Yes this tool will remove the cap on your lefty hub. However that is not the proper removal procedure. -

What are the chances of this going to 59 mm?
Answer: At rest it is 37mm and flexing it with one hand I got it to 50mm. It possible would go to 59mm but the tool may have to be bent. -

Will this work for tightening or removing new sram gx self extracting cap?
Answer: This is used to extract the 'dust cap' on FSR cranks which have a series of pin-holes around the cap. -

Answer: It will likely work for the caps. -

Answer: The Red SPA-2 fits one-key release retaining rings on Shimano® and Campagnolo® cranksets and the adjusting cone on most freewheel clusters (not freehubs). The Green SPA-1 fits the adjusting cup on MANY adjustable type bottom brackets. -

Answer: I am not familiar with 'vision ns 386evo 170mm track crank 49t black.' It works on my Shimano crank.
