The Ninja Mega Kitchen System 1500 has a powerful blender that can easily do cookie dough and cake batters, but not suited for anything that requires blending on low. It comes with a dough blade and has a food processing bowl that is large enough for making basil pesto. There is a small opening on the blender lid for adding extra ingredients while blending. Hot liquids cannot be put in it, but warm liquid is fine. Some customers complained about the screws loosening, snapping in half, and plastic screw casing cracking and breaking off. A few customers also reported that it is noisy. Nonetheless, there are many positive reviews, with customers praising the blender's ability to quickly chop up ice, frozen fruit, and vegetables, and its food processor works great. They also love the blender's performance in making smoothies, protein shakes, and pesto.
