This CURTAIN ROD is sturdy, durable and easy to install. The rod comes with appropriate brackets and 2 finials that twist off. It is perfect for those who want to add more privacy and less sun in their rooms. It can be paired with Caudblor Valance Rod Pocket Window Treatment Blackout Thermal Insulated Solid Short Curtain Topper Valances. The minimum distance from the wall allowed is 3 1/4 inches to the middle of the rod. The end brackets are 3 1/2 inches away. The 36"-72" rod comes with 3 brackets and the 72-144" rod comes with 2 end brackets and a middle bracket. However, some customers faced some issues while mounting the brackets and some of them had to add an extra bracket. One customer reported that the rod was promised to be 144" but it was more like 134". Another customer faced issues while reducing the size of the rod to 72". These issues were minor and overall, the product was very satisfactory. It looks chic and extends a little further out from the wall. It works great even for heavy curtains.
